How to mix powder pigment correctly

Mixing powder pigment is simple, but the right method has a clear effect on how the colour turns out.

The most important thing is to wet the pigment well and work slowly. If you add too much liquid at once, the pigment may not disperse evenly.

Start with a small amount

First prepare the amount of pigment you need. Add a small amount of a suitable medium and begin to work the pigment in gradually.

Mix thoroughly
